THE GRAND DUNMAN CONDO
A new condominium is being launched right next door, in fact almost on the doorstep, of Dakota MRT station, to be called the Grand Dunman condo. The developer is SingHaiYi Group, which has been responsible for a number projects so far. This project is one of the largest, if not the largest, of the current batch of new launches. It boasts a grand total of 1,008 residential units.
Besides the advantage of proximity to accessibility to public transport, the Grand Dunman condo location is also beside a landed housing enclave of Mountbatten. The site is actually not too far from Kensington Square, but is further south, closer to the sea and to its low-rise neighbours. It is also close to the Old Airport Road hawker centre, with a lot of famous food stalls.
The landed estate is to the south of the Grand Dunman condo project, which means views to the south, south-east, and south-west, will be unblocked, practically all the way to the East Coast of Singapore.
