A new condominium is being launched right next door, in fact almost on the doorstep, of Mattar MRT station, to be called The Antares condo. The developer is FSKH Development, which is a joint venture of three separate companies. This project is not very big, comprising only 250 units or thereabouts.

Besides the advantage of proximity to accessibility to public transport, the Antares location is also a relatively quiet environment. The site is actually not too far from Kensington Square, but is tucked away in a cul-de-sac road, with mainly low-rise neighbours. There are a couple of churches beside it, as well as two schools nearby. The rest is mainly landed houses, and a girls’ home.

Nothing much that is high-rise in the immediate vicinity of the Antares condo. So our project will be relatively unblocked, and units should get quite open views in several directions.
